Link #277 - IF YOU DARE

Greetings in the name of Jesus.

We’re kicking off another weekend at Bloor Central on Saturday evening with our Community Meal. We serve from 4-6pm and everyone is invited - if you bring a friend you are even more invited. This week we start with a roasted red pepper tomato soup, then an entree of Mexican beef , corn and black beans on rice, lime tortilla chips and salad. Dessert will be honeydew melon.

On Sunday morning we gather to seek God together. Each week we look in to scripture as we seek to know the living God. For the past few weeks we’ve been exploring the prayer that Jesus taught his disciples in Matthew 6 (most people refer to it as the Lords Prayer). The more we get into this prayer the more we discover of the life God has planned for us. It might not be what you expect - in fact what you will find is that it is way better then you thought. But this is not a life of leisure. In fact if we choose to live this prayer we see considerable risk. Pray it “IF YOU DARE”.
