Link #302 - Facing fear.

Greetings in the name of Jesus.

The nation of Israel spent 40 years wandering in the desert because they failed to trust God. They allowed their fear of the enemy to hold them back. Fear continues to hold many of us back from the full life God wants for each of us. Please note this - we do not have to live under the oppression of fear. This Sunday we will be taking time to specifically identify how you can experience freedom from fear. Join us at 10am for SUNDAY WORD.

It might be worth mentioning that the weather does not look very inviting this weekend. At this point it looks like the snow will not be starting until 11am Sunday morning (but what does the weather man know?). We encourage you to use discretion. There are no plans to close the service so if you do come please know the doors will be open. However, if you have transport issues please be safe.

Last week there were a number of enquiries about the bible lesson and as a result we did record it and place it on our youtube channel. So you can go to our youtube channel and find the lesson on “Freedom from Guilt and Fear”. If it seems necessary we will also post this weeks lesson on “Facing Fear”.

It is cold but at this point it seems there won’t be any significant snow before Saturday night which is great news. That means we will definitely be here for our Community Meal (7 ate 9). We will be serving from 4-6pm and this week we have roasted red pepper soup for a starter, sausage with sauted peppers and onion on mashed cauliflower, vegetables, and then honey yougert, a plum and cookie for desert. Come join us for dinner and bring a friend.
