Link #339 - Why does God choose the wilderness?
Greetings in the name of Jesus.
Just a quick note to remind you that Bloor Central has another exciting weekend planned. We kick it off with our Community Dinner (7ATE9) on Saturday from 4-6pm. This week we start off with Lemon Lentil Soup and the main course is Beefaroni Cheese bake with a Spinach Salad. Our closer is sliced pineapple. Come for the food and hang around for the fellowship.
On Sunday we continue our study of “Wilderness survival”. Moses was a man used by God in a powerful way but he sure had to go through some wilderness experiences. In fact he lived for 120 years and literally 80 of them were dominated by the wilderness. God chose the wilderness as a place to shape Moses into the man he was to become. The lessons from Moses demonstrate to us how much God used the wilderness and it can be a very practical lesson for all of us today. Join us on Sunday at 10am as we seek God together.
Blessings to all.
